The EatMeals platform, including but not limited to its name, logo, brand identity, mobile application, website, user interface design, source code, databases, graphics, text, and all other content (collectively, "Materials"), is the exclusive intellectual property of EatMeals and is protected under applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws of India and international treaties.

"EatMeals", the EatMeals logo, "Kaku", and associated marks are trademarks or registered trademarks of EatMeals. Any unauthorised use of these marks without express written permission is strictly prohibited and may constitute trademark infringement.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with our Terms & Conditions. This licence does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any Materials.
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on the Materials.
• Scrape, data-mine, or use automated tools to extract content from the Platform.
• Use any EatMeals trademarks in any manner that may cause confusion or dilution.
• Remove, alter, or obscure any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices.

When you submit content to the Platform (such as reviews, photos, or dish descriptions as a vendor), you grant EatMeals a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, sublicensable licence to use, reproduce, modify, display, and distribute that content in connection with operating and improving the Platform. You represent that you own or have the necessary rights to the content you submit, and that it does not infringe any third-party intellectual property rights.

Certain content on the Platform (including dish images uploaded by vendors or delivery captain profile photos) is owned by the respective third parties. EatMeals does not claim ownership of such content. If you believe your copyrighted work has been infringed, please contact us with a takedown request.

If you believe any content on our Platform infringes your intellectual property rights, please send a written notice to our Copyright Agent with the following information:

• Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed.
• Identification of the infringing material and its location on the Platform.
• Your contact information (name, address, email, phone).
• A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is unauthorised.
• A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorised to act on their behalf.
